Installation guide

Step 1 : Surface Preparation

The first step is to prepare the surface to be clean from dirt, dust, mold, oil, soap scum and any other contaminants. To do so, use a suitable cleaning product for your surface and scrub away any contaminants that are present. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and spray BIOSAVER Surface Preparation spray onto the surface evenly. Scrub the surface once again thoroughly and leave the solution on for another 5-10 minutes. Once the time is up, rinse well with clean water and wipe the surface dry.

Caution! If the surface is not thoroughly clean, the remaining contaminants can negatively impact the adhesion between the coating and the substrate which then leads to a lower lifetime of the product.

Step 2: Mixing

Remove the sticker seal on top of the container. To remove the lid, cut the silicone seal around the lid using a metal scraper. It is very important at this step to properly scrape off the anti-slip granules from the bottom of the container, failure in doing so may result in a lower Anti-slip resistance. Mix the solution and the granule until homogeneity is achieved.

Step 3: Coating

Attach the foam roller head to its handle. Dip the foam roller into the solution until it is fully submerged. Apply the coating slowly onto the desired surface while making sure that the anti-slip granules are evenly distributed. Once the coating is done, allow it to dry for at least 6 hours minimum and up to 12 hours depending on the environment temperature and humidity.

Cleaning Advice

We recommend choosing a cleaning product that is suitable for your surface type, avoiding harsh cleaning agents.

Keep the surface free of dirt, dust, mold, and soap scum by cleaning it more frequently to maintain its anti-slip properties.
